That is how long Justin and I have been married. No, I haven't been counting, I found that out from my profile on a newlywed chat site I hang out on. (Are we even newlyweds anymore? I don't know. It's been three years in July.)
This is also what I'm going to count as the beginning of my second trimester. Maybe this means I will start being hungry today! Well, one can always hope.

I always assumed that the newlywed phase ended at one year, because you've lived through all four seasons together. But if it wasn't over before now for you, the pregnancy ended it. Pretty soon, you can start saying things like, "YOUR child is kicking me in the kidneys!" or "YOUR child is sitting on my bladder!", and then you can start piling on the guilt. When you can blame your husband for your incontinence, the newlywed stage is over.
